I love the title!! Excellent eye for detail. I'm curious about your processing - I wondered whether you've altered curves at all? or added grunge? Anyway, it's very cool

@Adiemus: Thanks for the comment (and the question!). The image is processed in Lightroom with a clarity boost and some slight sharpening. Then 2 additional 'exposures' of the same image were made at -1.5 and +1.5 stops. The three images were then tone-mapped in Photomatix then brought into Photoshop Elements and the curves adjusted with the Smartcurves plug-in. Finally, a vignette effect in Lightroom.

All your architecture shots are very interesting, but I especially like the geometry and details of this one. The ladder is a wonderful touch.
